As the Senior Managing Director for Commodities, Crypto, and Digital Assets in the UAE and Middle East, Les brings a wealth of expertise and a track record of transformative leadership.
Before his current role, Les served as the Chief Executive Officer of both the Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX) and the Dubai Commodities Clearing Corporation (DCCC), overseeing the largest and most diversified derivatives exchange group in the Middle East. Under his leadership, DGCX traded approximately $2 billion per day across four major asset classes: FX, Metals, Equities, and Hydrocarbons, solidifying its position as a key player in the global financial ecosystem.

Amanda Peterson Director Nordics – Baltics
Amanda Peterson is a highly accomplished financial markets professional with over 20 years of expertise in international markets, specialising in both Exchange-Traded and OTC Derivatives, including Fixed Income, FX, Interest Rate Swaps, and Commodities. Throughout her distinguished career, Amanda has demonstrated exceptional skill as a Proprietary Trader within Treasury and Capital Markets at SEB, where she consistently delivered outstanding results.
Amanda played a pivotal role in establishing the London office for the independent US futures brokerage firm R.J. O’Brien, where she focused on cultivating and nurturing profitable relationships with European institutional clients.
