The small staff consisted of only three people: Dr. Caceres (Physician), his\nwife Fe (Back Office Nurse), and a young lady named April (Front Office\/Billing). The\noffice was located on the corner of Valley View St. and La Palma Avenue, and it was\nopen Monday through Saturday. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b5dd709 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b5dd709\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCMG initial patient base largely consisted of Internal Medicine patients. In 1994, Buena\nPark Heart Center was founded to provide comprehensive care to patients with\ncardiovascular conditions.\nAs the patient base continued to grow and the small office in La Palma was no longer\nsuitable, a plot for a new building was purchased in 2002 on Knott Avenue and\nconstruction for a two-story building was completed in 2004. The building was equipped\nwith state-of-the-art diagnostics, 10 examination rooms, and three providers on the\nCMG team\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
